Internal lock mechanism for use only with cab doors with non locking external ice pick door handles, (normally passenger side). This allows the door to be locked/unlocked from the inside only, unlike later doors which can be locked and unlocked from both the inside and the outside, Ice pick handled doors can only be locked and unlocked from either the inside or the outside.
